Access to Pulse™ is provided on a request basis and at our discretion. The platform is offered “as is” and “as available,” and features may change, be added, or be removed as we continue development. We may modify or discontinue access at any time.

You agree to use Pulse™ lawfully and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the data you connect or upload and for your use of the platform.

Pulse™, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Mammoth Web Solutions LLC dba Supra Marketing or its licensors. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the service as permitted.

No public self-service subscriptions are currently offered through this site. Any paid pilot, subscription, or service arrangement is governed by the applicable written agreement, invoice, order form, or checkout terms agreed at the time. Where those terms differ from this page, those terms control for that arrangement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse™ is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Your continued use of Pulse™ after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
